Founded in 1965, the company self manages its assets in Southern California through its property management division and relies on trusted third-party property management companies for assets in Minnesota, Nebraska and Texas.  While HFH Ltd. has historically concentrated on value-add investments, we are working strategically to expand our portfolio through acquisition and repositioning of current assets.
